ENTERTAINMENT VENUE DESIGN
The world of entertainment is evolving and Unick have assisted many operators to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to customer experience for the older teens and young adult market. Mixing cinema, bowling and F&B alongside traditional and electric gaming arcades under one space, is becoming the latest trend to satisfy customer expectations. We have been involved in the evolution of this with Majid Al Futtaim as well as other private clients and are progressing with this evolving concept to refine the overall experience. In addition to this Unick’s Dubai office worked in close collaboration with the American Dreamscape team based in LA to open the first Dreamscape in the region. This process evolved the existing brand to suit the specific site condition and locally sourced alternative materials in a project which took less than 6 months from concept to opening. Cove Holiday Parks
Unick Consulting Ltd is thrilled to present our transformation and renewal of several Cove Holiday Parks sites throughout the UK. The project includes an expansion of caravan and lodge plots, refurbishment of existing entertainment and leisure buildings, and landscaping and planting of the outside areas. This ensures the customer's stay is nothing short of exceptional. Providing the perfect blend of nature and contemporary comforts.
Bowling
Throughout the 1990s and 2000s Unick were involved in over 45 bowling projects including 26 sites and 690 lanes for Bass Leisure in the UK, 2 of which won international accolades for 'Best International Bowl Centre' and 'Best Bowl on the Planet'. In addition to this we have produced designs for 21 sites across Europe for Atomic Leisure. We also provided an unbuilt design for Hollywood Bowl in Euro Disney, Paris. Since then, times have changed, and customers expect a unique experience as well as being able to play the traditional game. Currently under construction in Doha is a truly VIP 8 lane bowling experience where customers can customise their ball and shoes and enjoy 5-star dining in the lounge, separating the 2 clusters of 4 lanes.
Dreamscape Immersive VR Experience
The first Dreamscape to open in the region was developed in close collaboration between Unick's Dubai office and the Dreamscape team based in LA. An immersive VR experience like no other, this attraction has 3 ‘pods’ each housing a different show with the flexibility to renew content to suit the latest release.
The Levels – Entertainment
Unick Consulting Ltd has developed the design of a new entertainment complex set over four-floor levels of a bespoke shell unit to provide a modern multi-use Entertainment Complex that will provide the most progressive and exciting leisure unit for the region. The mix and design provides a variety of entertainment activities to suit all ages thereby maximizing customer appeal and revenue streams. Current operational drivers for integrated leisure developments require that the offers are varied, exciting, and adaptable to provide and maintain customer interest and associated revenue. To achieve this, our Design incorporates the following key activities comprising: 10-screen cinema, bowling, soft play, putting, games and arcades, food hall, cafes, dining areas, indoor carnival, and dodgems.
